Open Minds!
First, a HUGE THANKS!!!! to our volunteers. This field trip would not have been possible with out you. I truly appreciate all the time you have given to make this experience possible. Thanks!
Today was our final day of our Tinker School field trip. Our week included problem solving using robotics, designing an Arctic city, coding an Arctic story using Scratch Jr., using a simple electrical circuit to light our city, talking to engineering and energy experts, and lots of sketching and dreaming big!
Below is a link to a short video I made on how to make the circuits that we made for our Arctic structures.
Next week is a busy week as well with rock climbing, ice skating and soapstone carving.
Student Led Conferences are coming up on the 22 and 23 of March and today I sent home a short questionnaire for parents to consider when they come to conferences.
