Book Truck Tomorrow
We have book truck visiting us tomorrow (Wednesday April 18th) morning! If you have any books that need returning please send them with your children.
Library Reminder
Our library time has changed from Tuesday afternoons to Monday afternoons. For the remainder of the year we will visit the school learning commons for book exchange on Mondays.
Magnets
We have been studying magnetism in class. The students were amazed to discover that the Earth is actually a giant magnet and Earth's magnetic field is what causes the Northern Lights. Here is a short video we have watched about magnets.
Shape and Space: 3D Shapes
We have been exploring 3D shapes and comparing 3D shapes with 2D shapes. Today we looked at some classic 3D-shaped buildings and then built and drew our own 3D objects.
