Rock slide Coding

In order to expand on our understanding of Rocks and Minerals, while building our literacy skills, today we used Scratch coding to create rockslide narratives. Please check your child's IRIS to see their creation.

Inquiry

In inquiry we continued with our rock testing. 

Literacy

In literacy we have been working on Summarizing non-fiction texts, using geology articles about the Frank Slide. 

Math

This week we have been focusing on building equations and solving equations using number lines.
