Glenbow
We are going to the Glenbow Museum on Monday, December 3rd. I still need a parent volunteer to accompany us. Please email me at wjsandberg@cbe.ab.ca if you have questions or would like to volunteer.
Parent Conferences:
See you all next Thursday and Friday! Please remember you will have 15 minutes to conference with me, and then 15 minutes to walk around and engage with your child's work and stations. There will be another family in at the same time, and they you switch.

Book Fair
The learning commons will be closed next week for book fair. Books can be returned at any time during the week.
Monday will be a set up day
Tuesday and Wednesday are preview days .
Thursday and Friday will be sale days. Only those students who haven’t booked the conferences can bring money to school on Thursday to shop at the fair.

In Grade 3 students are only required to know up to their 5* table. It is beneficial to memorize the skip-counting patterns!
In Grade 3 students should be able to skip count by 3's and 4s
(as well as 1s, 2s, 5s, and 10s)!
You could print these out and have a quick "card game" where your child places them in the correct order.
In Grade 3 students are required to have number sense from 1-1000. Observe the patterns that repeat in our number system! What do you notice?
