Let's Make a Pattern

Today we reviewed patterns. Students used a Patterns and Music program that I created. These are two of the songs they collectively wrote using patterns.

We then used our knowledge of patterns to paint ourselves bookmarks. 

Safety Week

This morning we went over school safety, including Fire Drills, Lockdowns, Evacuations, and even Stranger Danger. We also had our first Fire Drill of the year today. Please talk to your students about safety. 

Inquiry

We continued to explore insects and our roles as entomologists. Today we made I see, I think, I wonder charts while exploring photos of insects.
